1. WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO
Hulisa is a trademark of Luvilne Business Solutions (Registration No. 2017/090763/07).
This Privacy Policy explains how Hulisa handles personal information when you visit this website, complete the contact form, email us, telephone us, use the free growth assessment, or enquire about our services.
For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, commonly called POPIA, Hulisa is the responsible party for personal information that it determines how and why to process.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect information that you choose to provide, including your name, work email address, telephone number, business name, area of interest, and the details you include in an enquiry.
We may also receive information when you communicate with us by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or another channel. Routine technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, and timestamps, may be recorded by a hosting or security provider to operate and protect the website.
When you submit the contact form or free growth assessment, the information you provide is sent securely to Hulisa's lead-management system so the team can respond, retain an enquiry record, and deliver your assessment report. Assessment results are emailed to the address you provide and copied to Hulisa's sales team.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Hulisa may use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and arrange conversations.
- Understand your business needs and recommend relevant services.
- Prepare proposals, deliver agreed work, and manage client relationships.
- Maintain business records and meet legal or regulatory duties.
- Protect the website, systems, team, and users against misuse or security threats.
- Improve the clarity and usefulness of the website and services.
We do not sell personal information.
4. LAWFUL PROCESSING
Hulisa processes personal information only when there is a lawful reason to do so. Depending on the circumstances, this may include your consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or the legitimate interests of Hulisa or another person where those interests do not unjustifiably interfere with your privacy.
You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
6. RETENTION AND SECURITY
Hulisa keeps personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ according to the information and relationship involved.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Subject to POPIA and other applicable law, you may ask whether Hulisa holds personal information about you and request access to it. You may also ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion where appropriate, object to certain processing, or ask that processing be restricted.
Send a request to sales@hulisa.co.za. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
9. CHANGES AND CONTACT
Hulisa may update this policy when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with its updated date.
