Programme rules
What is Hulisa's Refer and earn R500?

Refer and earn R500 rewards approved partners for introducing suitable businesses to Hulisa. R500 is the minimum commission, and you can earn up to R1,500 per qualifying referral that becomes a client. Partners receive a secure portal, a unique referral link and progress updates.

Who can join Hulisa's referral programme?

Business advisers, consultants, agencies, professional networks and trusted community connectors may apply. Hulisa reviews every application before activating portal access.

Hulisa is a trademark of Luvilne Business Solutions (registration 2017/090763/07). A referrer is an approved partner who makes an introduction. A referred business, sometimes called the referee, is the potential customer being introduced.

Partners must be at least 18, provide accurate details and have authority to act for any business they represent. Approval is required before earning commission. Participation does not make a partner a Hulisa employee, agent or authorised sales representative.

What support does Hulisa give partners?

Partners receive approved programme guidance, referral resources and access to Hulisa support for questions about the process.

Is R500 the maximum I can earn with Hulisa?

No. R500 is the minimum commission per qualifying referral. Your commission can amount to R1,500 per referral. The applicable amount is confirmed under the programme terms, so R1,500 is not guaranteed for every referral.

What qualifies for Hulisa's R500 to R1,500 commission?

Applying, joining or sharing a link does not guarantee acceptance or payment.

R500 is the minimum commission for an approved, qualifying referral, not a payment for every name, click, application or enquiry. Commission may reach R1,500 depending on the qualifying engagement. Hulisa must confirm the applicable amount, qualifying purchase, attribution window and payout timing in writing before the partner participates. Ask for clarification before sharing if those details are missing.

A qualifying referral is a genuine, permission-based introduction to an eligible new customer, accepted and attributed to the partner by Hulisa. The referred business must enter the agreed engagement and its required payment must clear. Applicable cancellation, refund and payment-reversal conditions must be resolved before the reward becomes payable. There is no reward for merely recruiting more referrers.

How does Hulisa handle payments, refunds and reversals?

Commission is paid only after the qualifying conditions are met and Hulisa has verified the claim and the approved payee. Any necessary payment information must be supplied through the secure process Hulisa specifies. Keep your contact and payment details accurate and your own records for applicable tax obligations.

A cancelled, refunded, reversed or fraudulent transaction may invalidate or reduce a related reward. Hulisa will explain a disputed adjustment and give the partner an opportunity to respond. Any recovery of a reward already paid must follow the agreed terms and applicable law. An unrelated, valid earned commission should not be withheld simply because another claim is disputed.

How does Hulisa track my referrals?

Approved partners receive a unique secure referral route. Visits and introductions are recorded in the portal, then followed through qualification and conversion stages.

Can I see what happens after an introduction to Hulisa?

Yes. The partner dashboard shows received, consultation booked, accepted and converted progress without exposing private client information.

How does Hulisa handle duplicate claims, self-referrals and conflicts?

Use the referral route issued to you. One qualifying customer introduction earns one commission unless Hulisa agrees otherwise in writing. Existing customers, active prospects already recorded by Hulisa and duplicate introductions do not qualify unless approved in writing before the introduction.

Self-referrals, referrals to businesses you own or control, circular referrals and undisclosed related-party arrangements are excluded unless Hulisa approves the relationship in writing first. Disclose employment, procurement or other conflicts of interest. Never offer a secret payment to influence a purchasing decision.

If more than one partner claims an introduction, Hulisa reviews the agreed attribution rules, dated records and the referred business's account of the introduction. A shared device, IP address or missing cookie is not conclusive evidence of fraud. Report tracking problems promptly so supporting evidence can be reviewed fairly.

Do I need permission before referring someone to Hulisa?

Ask the person before sharing their name or business contact details with Hulisa. Explain why you are introducing them and that you may earn commission. Prefer a willing recipient using your referral link to submit their own details. An introduction is not blanket permission for ongoing marketing.

Do not upload purchased or scraped lists, refer people who have declined, or send bulk unsolicited messages. Use only the details needed for the introduction. Do not put identity documents, passwords, bank details or confidential business records in referral notes or general contact forms.

The referred business can decline a conversation or ask for marketing to stop without pressure or penalty from the partner. Hulisa handles personal information under its Privacy Policy and POPIA Declaration. Partners receive appropriate progress information, not unrestricted access to a customer's confidential records.

How should I promote Hulisa and disclose my commission?

Use accurate, approved programme information. Say that you may receive R500 to R1,500 if the referral qualifies. Do not promise guaranteed earnings, results, discounts or approval, or describe R1,500 as the reward for every referral.

Do not impersonate Hulisa, alter approved offers, make commitments on its behalf, collect customer payments or ask the referred business to pay you a referral fee. Do not use misleading adverts, fake endorsements, pressure tactics, brand impersonation or unapproved Hulisa-branded domains. Buying a service must remain the customer's informed choice under their own proposal.

What misuse is prohibited in Hulisa's referral programme?

No fake identities, fabricated leads, multiple accounts used to claim extra rewards, stolen contact details, bot traffic, cookie stuffing, forced redirects or tampering with referral links, tokens, records or payment evidence. Do not bypass access controls, scrape private portal data, overload the service or try to access another person's account.

Keep your login private, use a strong unique password and report suspected compromise. Report a suspected vulnerability privately to Hulisa without accessing other people's data or continuing intrusive testing. Hulisa may limit access or pause an affected claim while investigating suspected misuse.

How can I ask Hulisa to review a decision or complaint?

Hulisa may reject ineligible introductions and suspend or end participation for substantiated misuse. Where practical and lawful, it will explain the reason, identify the affected claim and consider relevant evidence before a final decision. Urgent restrictions may be necessary to protect accounts, customers or the service.

Partners and referred businesses can ask for a human review, report unwanted contact or question a payment through Hulisa support or sales@hulisa.co.za. Include the referral reference and relevant dates, but do not email passwords or unnecessary sensitive records. Raising a good-faith complaint must not be used as a reason to deny an otherwise valid reward.

What happens if Hulisa changes the programme or the portal is unavailable?

Read these safeguards together with your written programme confirmation, Hulisa's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Material programme changes should be communicated before they apply. Changes must not retrospectively remove a valid reward already earned under the agreed conditions.

The portal may experience interruptions, and displayed progress is not itself final payment approval. Report missing or incorrect records for review. Nothing here guarantees uninterrupted access, income or a successful sale, and nothing removes privacy, consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. The referred customer's service agreement remains separate from the partner's commission arrangements.
